Below shows migration routes of Big Game animals near Laramie, in addition to the land management layer. Inspecting this, we are able to see some of the barriers that these animals face, including different land management and large road ways such as I-80 and 287.
In this we see that there is no migration that does not face some kind of barrier or restriction. Though note, these migrations are significantly smaller than those seen else where in the state where Mule deer and Antelope travel upwards of 150 miles from winter to summer ranges. Regionally, these animals may face the same barriers on a day to day basis and have figured out how to travel safely through or around them.
